"Caring Community Hands" Display at Seaway News
Jacqueline is pleased to announce a special Display of Photographs featuring the Caring Community Hands of people from Cornwall, Stormont, Dundas, Glengarry and Akwesasne. The Seaway News Building display window (29 Second Street East, Cornwall, ON) is accessible 24/7. The display will feature a new Caring Community Hands of the week image each week. These images will be featured during the months of June and July.
Distillery District Artisan Sale
Join Jacqueline July 31, Aug 1-2, 2010, 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. daily in Toronto's Distillery District, 55 Mill St. Toronto, Ontario. This is a wonderful, happening area filled with Art, Culture and History. The buildings on the grounds are amazing. Plan to spend the day to check out the fabulous creations of Artisans from across Canada, enjoy a nice meal or share a cool drink and conversation with friends at one of the many patios and Eateries in this District. Jacqueline is pleased to announce her participation in The Canvas in Colours Show
& Sale, September 26, 2010 from 10am - 4pm. Experience the enchanted heritage forest of Richelieu Park which will be the backdrop featuring the creative talents of 60 Eastern Ontario artists. There will be musicians performing throughout the day and sweets & treats at the Sugar Shack. The Art will be on display outdoors and will move into the Richelieu-Vanier Community Centre and Vanier Museopart in the event of inclement weather. Do drop by and say hello. Do bring along the children; this is a family friendly event.

Seaway Author Maggie Wheeler launches 'On A Darkling Plain'
Wheeler releases fourth novel in her Lost Villages Mystery Series featuring Inspector Jerry Strauss and FarranMackenzie. This murder mystery series blends fiction with facts of the inundation of the St. Lawrence Seaway in the 1950's.

Focus Art Juried Show
Jacqueline's entry "Icy Haven" (SOLD work pictured at right) received an Award in the Acrylic Division of The Focus Art Annual 2009 Juried Show. This Cornwall, Ontario Annual Art Show features the creative talents of Eastern Ontario Artists. Jacqueline's photographic entry "Sign of the Times" garnered an Honourable Mention.
